Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 June 2026

1. About these Terms

Vidi Official ("Vidi", "we", "us") provides an online tool that turns text scripts into animated videos using AI. By creating an account or using Vidi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vidi.

2. Who can use Vidi

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

3. The service

Vidi generates videos from the scripts and settings you provide. Output varies and is not guaranteed to meet any particular expectation. The styles, voices, and features available to you depend on your plan.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the scripts you submit. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the videos Vidi generates for you, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for making sure your scripts and the resulting videos do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You grant Vidi the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver your content so we can run the service for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vidi to create or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is hateful or harassing, sexualises minors, is deceptive, or promotes violence or self-harm. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell access without our permission. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe. One Vidi credit represents one US dollar of production spend. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and one-time packs add credits without changing your plan. Unused credits roll over while your account remains active. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

7. Refunds

Payments are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party services

Vidi relies on third parties, including Stripe for payments and AI providers for generation. Their availability and performance are outside our control.

9. Disclaimer

Vidi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidi and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Termination

You can stop using Vidi at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will post them here with a new date. Continuing to use Vidi means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
